FAQ's

  • Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
    No, bookings cannot be transferred to another party. The person who made the booking is responsible for all obligations and conditions.
  • Can we use the swimming pool?
    Yes, but the use of the indoor swimming pool is at your own risk. An adult must always supervise; under-17s and non-swimmers are not allowed to use the pool unattended.
  • Are there any restrictions in the pool area?
    Yes, running, jumping, diving, food, drinks, and alcohol are prohibited in the pool house. CCTV is in operation for health and safety purposes.
  • How many people can stay at the property?
    The number of guests cannot exceed 16. If you wish to have day visitors, notify us in advance. If the property is at full capacity, only two visitors are allowed at a time.
  • Can pets stay at the property?
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
  • Can I smoke at the property?
    Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
  • How do I confirm availability before booking?
    Please check our availability calendar at the bottom of our homepage, or, email or call us for confirmation of availability before submitting your booking form.
  • What is the payment schedule?
    A deposit (amount agreed upon booking) is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due one week before arrival. If booked less than one week in advance, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
  • Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
    Deposits are non-refundable. However, if the property is re-let, the balance will be refunded. If the owner cancels, a full refund of any deposit or rent paid will be provided.
  • What should I do in case of damages?
    Report any damages or breakages immediately. Accidental minor damages are usually not charged, but significant damages must be paid for.
  • What if I have a complaint?
    All complaints must be reported to the proprietor immediately. Complaints made after departure will not be entertained.
  • What time can I check in and check out?
    Check-in is from 3:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Winter or short break timings are flexible, but late check-out must be agreed upon in advance.
  • Can the owner or their agent access the property during our stay?
    Yes, the owner or their agent may access the property for inspections, repairs, or gardening at reasonable times.
  • Is linen and heating included?
    Yes, linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, bathmats, and tea towels) and heating are included in the rental charge.
  • Do I need insurance?
    Yes, you should arrange your own insurance for theft, damages, and cancellations. The owner is not liable for any loss, damage, sickness, or injury during your stay.
  • What happens if I breach the conditions?
    If you breach any conditions, the landlord reserves the right to re-enter the premises and terminate the rental without prejudice to other rights.
